  • We support students across multiple time zones. Session times are confirmed in both local time and EST.

  • Yes. Parent updates are available upon request, particularly for long-term tutoring or college admissions coaching packages.

  • Yes. We specialize in U.S. and Canadian academic expectations, essay writing, and admissions preparation.

  • Absolutely. Each student receives a personalized learning plan.

  • No. We do not guarantee grades, test scores, or admissions outcomes. We provide ethical, structured academic support aligned with U.S. academic standards. Student outcomes depend on effort, engagement, and institutional requirements.

  • We currently serve students in the Caribbean, Canada, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, the UAE, and other international locations on a case-by-case basis.

  • Sessions are scheduled with full time-zone consideration and confirmed in both the student’s local time zone and Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • We support a range of subjects, with particular strengths in:

    • Academic writing and research

    • ESL and academic English

    • Social sciences and health sciences

    • U.S. and Canadian college admissions preparation

  • Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Longer sessions may be recommended depending on the student’s goals and level of support needed.

  • All payments are made in U.S. dollars (USD) via secure platforms such as Stripe or PayPal. Tutoring packages are paid in advance.

  • To ensure clarity and consistency, all communication is coordinated through Bibi’s Tutoring Center LLC.

  • Yes. We work extensively with ESL students and focus on academic English, writing clarity, and confidence in U.S.-style academic instruction.

  • Our services are led by a credentialed U.S.-based educator with college-level teaching experience. We focus on long-term academic readiness, skill development, and clear expectations rather than short-term fixes.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

  • Yes. All student information is treated as confidential and used solely for educational purposes.
